How often do you change your girls' clothes?

Phew...I just changed 3 of my girls into Halloween outfits, and it took me hours I tell ya, hours! (Of course with each change a new hairdo must be created.) [img]tongue.gif[/img]

I'd love to change them more often, because I feel like I'm neglecting the poor things, but I just don't have the time. I don't know how you ladies with 10, 20, 30 dolls do it. So honestly, how do you do it?

With 65+ dolls, it would be impossible to change all of them at one time. I needed a more managable task, one that would not take every waking hour.

I decided I would change several a week and found a mechanism that would force me to do that. My solution was Take Your Doll To Work. I take a different doll to work everyday, as often as four days per week. This provides me a powerful incentive to get these dolls changed as, quite frankly, the women at the office are expecting a doll in a different outfit everyday. On those days when I don't bring in a doll, they are disappointed and to avoid that disappointment, I am driven to make certain I have a doll ready every morning.

Most of the folks here could easily commit to change several of their dolls per week and I could as well, but without the feedback I get daily, I probably would slack off after the first week and my dolls would stay in the same outfits. I need a mechanism to force me to do it or it just won't happen...

Since I only have three dolls right now, I change their outfits quite frequently, depending upon what DD and I are going to play or if the girls are going adventuring with us. I must admit that I love to change their clothes and sometimes we go through several outfits a day. I guess I get bored easily with what they are wearing!

I usually change my dolls when I get a new spiffy outfit, or else when I decide to do another photo album. On the one hand, it is fun to change the dolls' clothes, but on the other hand, I'm lazy, and I HATE doing dolls' hair (especially Kirsten's braids; one side will NOT braid properly), so I always try to only change them when I have a good reason.

One of my three (my favorite one) gets changed every day. She gets her pajamas put on at night and is dressed the next morning.

My daughter changes hers every weekend when she plays dolls, or if she wants to take one somewhere with us.

Every season and occation.. So, right now they are in school outfits, then.. will go to Halloween.. and then Holiday... etc..

I try to get them all done in one day, but now thinking two days.. these girls are multiplying on me! [img]eek.gif[/img]
